Not guessing, not hoping you’re doing it right, not avoiding certain movements “just in case.”
But actually knowing:
- Your core is working with you, not against you.
- Your pelvic floor is engaged and is supportive during movement.
- You can exercise without fear of incurring pain or second-guessing yourself.
- You feel stronger, more stable, more in control of your body.
That’s what we’re aiming for and for most women, it’s closer than they think.
The Real Issue Isn’t Effort — It’s Uncertainty
Whether you’ve exercised for years…
or you’re just getting started…
Most women have never actually been shown:
- How the pelvic floor works in real movement
- How to use breath properly
- How to build strength safely and progressively in pelvic floor muscle.
So you end up doing your best… but always with that underlying question:
“Am I actually doing this right?”
That uncertainty chips away at confidence and confidence is everything when it comes to movement.
This Is Where That Changes
On April 11th, I’m hosting:
The Honest Body Retreat: Reset & Rebuild
A small, focused session for just 5 women who want to feel clear, strong and confident in their body again focusing on pelvic floor engagement building strength and knowing how to relax it.
And yes—spaces are nearly gone.
What You’ll Walk Away With
By the end of the morning, you won’t just have exercised.
You’ll understand:
- How to use your pelvic floor as part of movement
- How to breathe in a way that supports strength and pelvic floor
- What your body needs to progress your exercises safely
- How to train without fear or confusion
You’ll feel the difference and more importantly—you’ll know how to repeat it.
What We’ll Do Together
This isn’t passive. You’ll be involved from the start.
1. Understand Your Body
We begin with a simple assessment:
- Posture – this is essential to understand
- Breathing – that engages muscles in your pelvic floor
- Strength basics – the kind of exercises that will build strength throughout your body over time
You’ll start to see how your body is working—and where to focus.
2. Learn How To Use Your Core Properly
This is where most women have their biggest breakthrough.
You’ll learn how to:
- Connect your pelvic floor without overthinking it
- Use breath to support your movement
- Feel what “right” actually feels like
No more guessing.
3. Build Strength With Confidence
We’ll take that understanding into strength work:
- How to load your body safely
- How to progress without fear
- How to support your bones and muscles long-term
You’ll practise it, so it sticks.
4. Leave With A Clear Plan
Before you go, you’ll have:
- A clear understanding of your body
- Your personal focus areas
- A 4-week plan to keep moving forward
So you don’t lose momentum the moment you leave.
Why This Matters
Because once you know how to do it properly…
Everything changes.
Exercise feels better.
Your body feels more reliable.
Your confidence grows.
And you stop holding back.
Who This Is For
This is for you if:
- You have been exercising for a while but your not sure if your doing it right
- You’ve never exercised and afraid to in case you do something wrong
- You want guidance on health issues that go deeper than just
- You’re ready to stop guessing and start understanding
